Located on the east coast of Spain known as Costa Blanca, Benidorm is one of the many pearls of the Mediterranean sea and a popular destination in the summer. Protected from the most adverse weather from all three sides and Sierra Helada to the east, Aitana to the north and Tussal de la Cala to the west, Benidorm has an ideal climate and two deeply curved bays which are ideal for keeping the sea tranquil for most of the year.

The perfect climate and geography made Benidorm a popular hotspot in Spain during the summer. The city is easily reachable and situated approximately 40 minutes from Alicante airport. It has been rated as Spain’s top holiday destination for many years and offers a plethora of activities.

From the famous Aqualand waterfalls, zigzags, rapids, cascades, lakes and swimming pools to the tranquil complexes, Benidorm has a lot to offer. Even if you are the sports type, you will find everything in the Foietes sports complex, including tennis, golf, paintball, horse riding, bowling etc.

And when it comes to relaxing and soaking up the sun as the main purpose of a holiday, the Benidorm hotels step into action. Now, there are a lot of amazing hotels and resorts in Benidorm, which makes booking the perfect holiday easier. One of the best ones is the Ambassador and Perla, Marconfort Benidorm Suites, Rio Park and VenusBarcelo Asia Gardens Hotel All tailored to meet the expectations of modern travelers, couples and families and these hotels make Benidorm an even better location.

Speaking of locations, Benidorm offers some great beaches. There are three main beaches around Benidorm including Levante (the Sunrise beach) on the north, Mal Pas which is nestled below the Old Town and Poniente, the ultimate sunset beach. These beaches let anyone sunbathe from sunrise to sunset.

Benidorm, however, does not close down in winter. It still remains a top holiday destination in Spain and offers a lot of activities – mostly because of the warm climate during winter as well. With over 1000 bars and a lot of restaurants, there is an extensive and varied entertainment suiting all age groups and interests. From singers to comedians, karaoke bars, and clubs, Benidorm is known as the “Mecca de Espana” and in a good way to become the next Ibiza – however with a different culture, style, and better beaches.

Enjoy a magical night out in one of the best night clubs in Benidorm The Cafe Benidorm, for all lovers of the night and they have a very lively group on FaceBook Click Here to join.
