History

Orlando as a town became incorporated in 31st July, 1875 and has a combined area of four square miles. As a city though, it became incorporated in 1885. Before all this, Orlando in 1856 was the county seat of Orange County in Florida. Today, the city enjoys a 100 square miles of area and is still entirely present in Orange County.

Orlando is known to be warm and sunny throughout the year with an average temperature reaching at 30 C. The best time to visit the place is around autumn or spring since you’ll get to experience nice sunshine without excessive heat. The winters are generally mild, but you cannot forget a light jacket if you plan on visiting during that time.
